Q1: How is Safe Landing Financial different from other financial advisors?

A: There are three things that separate us from other financial advisors:

  1. We specialize in comprehensive financial planning tailored for clients with advanced planning needs, particularly those focused on retirement. By staying highly specialized, we continually enhance our expertise and only work work with clients that we have the expertise for delivering a quality experience. Many of our client relationships are technology professionals and Dell employees.
  2. We intentionally limit the number of clients we work with and new clients we accept. This approach enables us to provide highly personalized and high-value service to each of our clients.
  3. “We” work directly with you. When you work with us, you’re partnering with the proverbial ‘we’, which means you’re dealing directly with Brian Fry. This ensures you have direct access to your financial planner and investment manager, facilitating seamless communication throughout our partnership.
Q2: Can you work with clients outside of southern California?

A: Yes! Even though several of our client relationships are in Austin, TX and southern California, we work with clients across the United States.

Q3: Do you offer an hourly or one-time project option?

A: We value providing ongoing financial planning to individuals and households over a long-term ongoing relationship.

Q6: How does Safe Landing Financial make money?

A: We are fee-only financial advisors meaning that we do not receive any additional commissions from brokerage firms, mutual fund companies or insurance providers.

Other financial advisors might be fee-based or commission-based, which can cause conflicts of interest and hidden fees.
