Safe Landing Financial is a fee-only financial advisor located in Los Angeles, CA. We offer in-person financial planning in Los Angeles and Austin metro areas. We serve clients nationwide on a virtual basis.

PROTECTING PRIVACY

Safe Landing Financial LLC recognizes that our relationships with current, prospective and former clients are based on integrity and trust. We work hard to maintain your privacy and to preserve the private nature of our relationship with you. We place the highest value on the information you share with us. Safe Landing Financial LLC will not disclose your personal information to anyone unless it is required by law or at your direction. We will not sell your personal information. Safe Landing Financial LLC will provide this privacy statement to all clients annually.

We want our clients to understand what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect your personal information.

WHY WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION

We gather information about you so that we can:

  • Help design and implement the investment and planning related services we provide you
  • Comply with the Federal and State laws and regulations that govern us.

HOW WE YOUR INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT

The firm does not disclose non‐public personal information about our customers to anyone, except in the following circumstances:

  • When required to provide client-requested services;
  • When our customers have authorized us to do so;
  • When required during the course of an audit;
  • When required by law

CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY

Within the firm, access to customer information is restricted to personnel that need to know that information. All access persons and service providers understand that everything handled in firm offices are confidential and they are instructed to not discuss customer information with someone else that may request information about an account unless they are specifically authorized in writing by the customer to do so. This includes, for example, providing information about a spouse’s IRA account or to adult children about parents’ accounts, etc.

If a client terminates their agreement and move on from Safe Landing Financial LLC, the firm will treat their privacy the same as if they are a client. We store necessary statements and client files for a period of time determined by regulations and do not disclose any non-public information to anyone except in the cases listed above.

If an employee leaves Safe Landing Financial LLC, they are not allowed to take any client information collected by the firm.

To ensure security and confidentiality, the firm maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the privacy of customer information.
