Based in Southern California. Serving high-earning tech professionals virtually across the U.S.
Hi, I’m Brian.
Inspired by my love of travel and a desire to help others navigate complex financial decisions, I founded Safe Landing Financial with a simple idea in mind: helping you reach your financial destination safely.
With over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, I saw firsthand how disconnected many areas of comprehensive financial planning can be without thoughtful coordination. Saving, spending, investing, retirement planning, tax planning, insurance planning, and estate planning often operate in silos. That leaves busy professionals without a clear plan on how to best move forward. I started Safe Landing Financial to change that.
As a fee-only CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, I provide independent, comprehensive financial planning for high-earning professionals and pre-retirees. My goal is to help you organize your finances, align your investments with your goals, make confident decisions about how to move forward, and reduce potential gaps along the way.
Many of the people I work with are employed at large technology companies like Dell Technologies. They’re often managing RSUs, 401(k)s, deferred compensation, and planning for a work-optional lifestyle. I help coordinate these areas into a thoughtful and cohesive strategy so they can stay focused on what matters most in their everyday lives.
When I’m not building financial plans or managing investments, you’ll likely find me traveling with my wife and our mini-Maltipoo, Lorelei, searching for the best barbecue, or cheering on the Kansas Jayhawks and Kansas City Chiefs.
I specialize in helping high-earning professionals and pre-retirees plan their financial future.
Most of my clients are navigating:
Whether you’re climbing the ladder, weighing your next move, or planning for retirement, I focus on coordinating your financial life so you can focus on what matters most.
Lorelei is my 5-pound mini Maltipoo and the real boss around here. She’s usually curled up under my desk or making surprise appearances on Zoom calls.
She loves road trips, sniffing ocean air, and sneaking pieces of steak from her puppy parents. Long walks aren’t her thing, but she’s great at reminding me to slow down and enjoy life outside the numbers.
